No watering required, the bouquet can stay pristine for several years. So if you love fresh flowers in the house but can’t afford to care for them, our bouquets and arrangements are a great alternative!
  • Are Forever Flowers Real?
    Yes. All of our Forever Flowers are 100% real and are grown in various countries around the world.
  • What types of flowers do you offer?
    We offer an extensive range of preserved flowers, including roses, eucalyptus, hydrangeas, lavender, and more. Additionally, we handcraft flowers such as anemones, ranunculus, French roses, and peonies using modern European methods . Our offerings extend to dried flower arrangements and wedding bouquets, available in various styles and sizes tailored for any occasion. Each bouquet is meticulously handmade by our team, ensuring quality and originality. As a company, we pride ourselves on not being resellers. Moreover, our bouquets have a lifespan of up to one year, as they are treated with a special solution based on glycerin, replacing water to maintain their freshness and beauty.
  • Care Instruction
    Avoid water: Preserved flowers are already treated to retain their moisture, so they don’t need water. Avoid spraying or submerging them in water. Keep them indoors: Preserved flowers are not meant for outdoor use. Place them in a dry, indoor location away from direct sunlight, humidity, and drafts. Dusting: Dust the flowers gently with a soft, fine brush or compressed air to keep them clean and looking fresh. Avoid direct sunlight: Sunlight can cause the colors to fade. Place preserved flowers in an area with filtered or indirect light.
  • Shipping
    All our arrangements are customized to order. Please allocate 3-6 days for order processing. Shipping is currently only available in Canada.
  • Delivery
    Please choose a day in which the recipient will be home as re-deliveries will occur to an extra fee. We offer local delivery only - fees will apply, please contact us for availability. * Delivery times are not guaranteed during the statutory holidays.
  • Pickup
    At present, we provide a local pickup option at our Richmond Hill, Ontario location.
  • Return Policy
    Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We may require photographic evidence of the damage to process a return or exchange. Non-Returnable Items: Certain items may not be eligible for return or exchange, including: Clearance or discounted items Personalized or customized items Return Procedure: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team. Our team will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with your return or exchange. Shipping Charges: Customers are responsible for any shipping charges incurred for returns or exchanges, unless the item is being returned due to our error or a defective product. Store Credit: In some cases, store credit may be issued instead of a refund.
